To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expending a $1,000 donation from the Iron Workers Local 7 Union for the expenses to conduct the Vietnam Moving Wall event on Veterans Day Weekend (November 10th - November 14th). Funds will be used to purchase necessary materials and refreshments for the volunteers at the event. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
