That the Parking Department, the Mobility Department and the Somerville Police Department present to this council how Traffic Commission Traffic Regulations Section 7-27(a) is enforced. “(a) The use and operation of heavy commercial vehicles having a carrying capacity of more than 2 ½ tons, are hereby restricted on the streets listed in Schedule P, and in the manner outlined and during the period of time set forth.”
