To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only extension to Colliers Project Leaders USA NE LLC's contract #200330 for owners project manager services on the Public Safety Facility project. The contract will be extended by 36 months with a new expiration date of 4/30/2026. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
