Adoption of this law would confirm the authorization of licensees under section twelve of Chapter 138, to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon on Sundays, the last Monday in May and on Christmas day or on the day following when said day occurs on Sunday.
