To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and: 1) accept a pedestrian access easement over portions of land owned by JMC/STM/TGCI Union Square II LLC (the “Developer”) for the purpose of pedestrian access to the portions of the sidewalk on private property of Developer located on 3-5 Hawkins Street, and; 2) approve a grant of a license from the City to the Developer for performing maintenance obligations of the portions of the sidewalk located within the right of way owned by the City of Somerville adjacent to 3-5 Hawkins Street.
