To the Honorable City Council: The City Solicitor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) and (6). Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the City of Somerville's negotiating position and litigation strategy.
