To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only extension to contract #150442 with PMA LLC for Owner's Project Manager Services on the Somerville High School construction project. The contract will be extended for three years with a new expiration date of 12/31/2027. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
