To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $160,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the DPW Repairs to Buildings Account 0140752-524001, for the purpose of the Fabrication and Installation of courts for intergenerational recreation activities at the Founders Rink.
