To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $922,609 from the Salary Contingency Account 0199951-511000 to various departmental Personal Services accounts listed in the attached table to fund an update to the non-union salary ordinance. This appropriation represents funds needed for staffing in FY25 effective January 5, 2025. Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have.
