To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Ordinance Chapter 12, Article VI, Tree Preservation Ordinance to include additional tree protections and enforcement capabilities, reduce urban forestry committee youth membership terms, modify private tree removal permit waiver conditions, and clarify language throughout.
