To the Honorable City Council: The City Engineer respectfully conveys to this Council the attached Infiltration/Inflow Fee Analysis dated 4 June 2025. Pursuant to City Ordinance (sect 11-172) this communication revises our current I/I fee methodology and updates our I/I fee. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
