Requesting approval of a Substation Easement near 51 Prospect Street for NStar Electric Company.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a grant of an easement to NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy, its successors and assigns (“Eversource”) to install, operate, and maintain a substation on, underneath and within the entirety of the premises identified as Parcel 11-3-C adjacent to 51 Prospect Street, Somerville, MA, as further described in the attached easement document.
