To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $110,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund (Fund 3901) for the purpose of funding workers compensation insurance settlements.
