Requesting approval of a Maintenance Agreement and Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan for the future Sewall Park at the 299 Broadway development.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a maintenance agreement and a corresponding landscape management and maintenance plan (LMMP) with 299 Broadway Property Owner LLC for the future Sewall Park at the 299 Broadway development. This agreement is intended to be executed and recorded at the time of the development team's financial closing in late Summer or early Fall 2025.
