To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve and adopt an order for a “friendly” taking of Lot 3, a 5,028 sf (0.115 acre) parcel of land consisting of a portion of 299 Broadway, as shown on a plan entitled “Subdivision Plan of Land, Mark Development, LLC” dated March 7, 2025, recorded with the Middlesex County South District Registry of Deeds as Plan 363 of 2025, for municipal purposes including municipal parking, including an award of damages to the owner in the amount of $500,000.
