To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $4,300,000 in order to conduct design and bid administration services as part of the Morrison Avenue Linear Storage Sewer Separation project. To meet this appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $4,300,000 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44. Debt service will be paid from the Sewer Enterprise fund.
