To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Section 7 and Section 1-11(b) of the Code of Ordinances that would allow the Parking Department in conjunction with Inspectional Services to require notification to prospective residents of the restriction on resident parking permits for new developments located within a transit area with an associated fine.
