To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #210204 for Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners' design services on the Building Master Plan project. The contract will be extended by 36 months with a new expiration date of 12/31/2028. The time-only extension will be used to continue design and construction administration services on various projects currently planned and underway as part of the Building Master Plan.
