To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #240152 for Kleinfelder's design services on the Morrison Avenue Linear Storage Sewer project. The contract will be extended by 36 months with a new expiration date of 12/31/2028. The time-only extension will be used to continue design and construction administration services.
