To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council, pursuant to Section 1-121 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances, approve the firm of McHaffey & Nice, LLC, 6 Beacon Street, Suite 720, Boston, MA 02108, as outside legal counsel to advise and represent the City of Somerville with respect to employment matters relating to immigration status.
