To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the supplemental appropriation of $407,090 from the Water Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings Account to the Water Enterprise Fund, Debt Service Account (600059-591000), to fund debt service for a Massachusetts Water Resource Authority Local Water System Assistance Program Loan. The loan was executed on June 9, 2025 and thus was not included in the FY2026 Water Enterprise Fund Budget. Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have.
