To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept a gift of real property located 17 Inner Belt Road (also known as 9 New Washington Street), Assessors MBL: 106/A/4, from Ralph C. DeVitto, Jr. and A Bram, Trustee, RCD Foundation, to continue to operate the building (the Ralph and Jenny Center) as a site for the Council on Aging and all appropriate municipal uses.
