To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and: 1) accept a pedestrian access sidewalk easement over portions of land at 16-20 Medford Street owned by Somerville Living, LLC, for the purpose of pedestrian access to the portions of the sidewalk on private property of Somerville Living, LLC, and; 2) approve a grant of a license from the City to Somerville Living, LLC for performing maintenance obligations of the portions of the sidewalk located within the right of way owned by the City of Somerville.
