Requesting that this Council convene in Executive Session to discuss the matter of Joseph A. Sater, Trustee of Highland Avenue Realty Trust v. City of Somerville.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session with the City Attorney pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3). Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the City of Somerville's negotiating position and litigation strategy.
