To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $550.00 from the Engineering Personal Services Salaries Account (0140351-511000) to the Infrastructure & Asset Management Personal Services with $250.00 directed to the SMEA Holiday Account (0112951-515011) and $300.00 to the Longevity Account (0112951-514006) to fund the longevity and holiday pay for the IAM Administrative Assistant that was previously reclassed earlier this year. This is an end of year transfer to remediate a deficit. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
