To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located at 122 Assembly Park Drive, Unit 45, (Block 21 B), Somerville, MA. Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the City of Somerville.
