To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council authorize an increase in the Special Event Revolving Fund Expenditure Limit to $20,000 for FY2026, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53 1/2. The current authorized limit is $10,000. The request is due to increased cost for overtime and increased special event activities.
