City Solicitor requesting to appear in Executive Session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) regarding Cobble Hill Center, LLC v. Somerville Redevelopment Authority.

To the Honorable City Council: I respectfully request that this Council convene in Executive Session per G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss the matter of Cobble Hill Center, LLC v. Somerville Redevelopment Authority, Middlesex Superior Court No. 1981CV02669. Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the City of Somerville's negotiating position and litigation strategy.
