These areas are: on Belmont Street immediately by the corner of Spring Hill Terrace; the fire lane by the elbow of Spring Hill Terrace; and the NO PARKING area between the corner of Belmont Street and Spring Hill Terrace, and the Spring Hill Terrace fire lane.
