Requesting approval of a time-only contract extension until 2/15/2027 for Utile Inc to complete any outstanding task related to our up zoning and five year zoning review efforts.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time extension through 2/15/2027 for the contract with Utile Inc (Contract# 240001), to complete graphics and dimensions for Block Standards and Revised High-Rise Building types as well as any outstanding tasks related to our up zoning and five-year zoning review efforts.
