To the Honorable City Council: SomerStat Director respectfully conveys to this Council an update on a multi-year effort to consolidate various strategic planning documents into a single progress measurement framework and build an accompanying reporting dashboard. This work helps the City systematically share strategic goals, performance measures, and progress toward achieving strategic goals with this Council and the public.
