To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session with the City Attorney pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss the matter of Richard Nurse, Ronald Bonney, & Michael Browne v. City of Somerville, et al. Discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the City of Somerville's negotiating position and litigation strategy.
