To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $200,00 from Water Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings as certified on July 1, 2022 to the Water Stabilization Fund. These funds will be used to support the Water-Sewer Capital Investment Plan. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
