That the Directors of the Arts Council and Economic Development: · immediately engage the Arts at the Armory and other arts tenants in the planning process for the Armory Building and include them in the Master Plan Advisory Committee, · provide this Council with the list of participants in the Master Plan Advisory Committee and the selection process for those participants, and · explain why three of the five operating models listed in the Master Plan were not considered and how this decision came about.
