To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $973,985 in order to pay the costs of acquiring a custom Fire Pumper. To meet this appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $973,985 as provided by MGL Chapter 44.
