To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the creation of a Senior Project Manager position in the Department of Infrastructure & Asset Management, Engineering Division. The position will be funded through the use of available funds totaling $20,277.91 in the Water Personal Services (600051-511000) and  $41,445.81 in the Sewer Personal Services (640051-511000) accounts. The position will be paid $97,417.89 at the non-union Grade 6, Step 5, prorated for six months with an expected start date of January 1st, 2024. The position will be administered by the Engineering Division. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
