Requesting approval for specified City Employees to work the November 7, 2023 City Election.

To the Honorable City Council: I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council consider and approve allowing the following City Employees be able to work the local city election on November 7, 2023: Orsola Susan Fontano, John Caruso, Mary White, Robin Moore, Julia Bowers-McClain, Jean Alix Simeon, Salma Sheikh, Janelle Hodgdon and Lois O'Brien. In order for a municipal employee to have a financial interest in a City contract, the City Council must approve an exemption under G.L. c. 20(b) of the conflict of interest law.
