To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests an appropriation of $13,620.00 from Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash') to the Parks and Recreation Professional and Technical Services Account to pay FY22 and FY23 invoices to FMC Ice Skating Sports for the Learn to Skate Programs from 01/02/22 to 03/01/23.
