To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $1,500,000 in order to construct a pocket park on the 217 Somerville Avenue site. To meet this appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $1,500,000 as provided by MGL Chapter 44.
