To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $185,774 from the Salary & Wage Stabilization Fund to the DPW - School Custodians Other Lump Sum Payments Account [0141151-519013] to fund the retrospective portion of a collective bargaining settlement with the Firemen and Oilers, Local 3, Service Employees International Union.
