That the Director of Economic Development: · provide an inventory of spaces and the potential use for those spaces in the Armory as part of the Armory Master Plan process, · immediately renew all existing Use and Occupancy Agreements for the Armory that have expired and extend them for an additional 24 months, · explain the increase in any use and occupancy fees for Armory tenants starting in June 2021.
