Requesting the adoption of an Order of Taking for the acquisition of the parcels located at 508-512 Columbia Street for the creation of a new park and open space.

To the Honorable City Council: I respectfully request that this Council adopt the Order of Taking in order to acquire the parcels located at 508-512 Columbia St. The acquisition will provide a new public park and open space and allow for new street grid connections and improvements to be made.
