Requesting approval of a Pedestrian Access Sidewalk Easement and Maintenance License at 599 Somerville Avenue.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and: 1)                      accept a pedestrian access easement over portions of land owned by 599 Somerville Ventures, LLC, for the purpose of pedestrian access to the portions of the sidewalk on private property of 599 Somerville Ventures, LLC, and; 2)                       approve a grant of a license from the City to 599 Somerville Ventures, LLC for performing maintenance obligations of the portions of the sidewalk located within the right of way owned by the City of Somerville.
