To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $237,468 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Department of Public Works, Building Division. Interior Building Maintenance Account [0140752-524019], for the purpose of making needed repairs to the Dilboy Pool. Said repairs will include plumbing and electrical work.
