Requesting approval of a time-only contract extension of four months with Symmes Maini & McKee Associates, Inc. for design services for the Somerville High School project.

To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only extension to contract #160048 with Symmes Maini & McKee Associates, Inc. for design services on the Somerville High School construction project. The contract will be extended for four months with a new expiration date of 12/31/2024. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
