The meeting took place virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chair Burnley and adjourned at 6:14 PM on a roll call vote of 2 in favor (Councilors Ewen-Campen and Burnley), none against and 1 absent (Councilor Clingan). Councilor Clingan was attending the Housing and Community Development Committee meeting. Others present: Kimberly Wells - City Clerk, Peter Forcellese – Legislative Clerk. .

There is a vacant lot in the rear of the building to store the vehicles. There being no further speakers, the public hearing was closed.\par City Clerk informed the committee that the prior owner\rquote s licenses had been approved by the committee on June 22, 2023 and that there are no changes to the terms of those licenses.
