The garage, at the corner of Middlesex Avenue and Foley Street, is part of the special permit but is only available for 5 Middlesex Avenue. There is a requirement that when the building is complete, additional parking will be opened, with a cap, until the second phase of development, which includes the demolition of 5 Middlesex Avenue and the construction of some additional buildings. This application was delayed due to some lease language, resulting in the company not being able to do business with the public. Mike Rosenberry, the Director Property Manager of the site, was also in attendance.\par \par Councilor Ewen-Campen inquired if this garage falls under the city\rquote s policies and Mr. Wells assured the councilor that it does.
