New Flammables License, Building 2 Owner LLC, 808 Windsor Street, storing 3,549 gallons.
{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\froman\fprq2\fcharset0 Times New Roman;}{\f1\fnil\fcharset0 Times New Roman;}} {\colortbl ;\red0\green0\blue0;} \viewkind4\uc1\pard\nowidctlpar\sl-284\slmult0\qj\tx2760\f0\fs24 Councilor Burnley opened the public hearing.\par \par Mr. Jake Tucci, representing the petitioner, explained that the building is complete and this request is to plan ahead for the future needs of the building and said that less than 793 gallons of flammable will be stored on the property. The company has received its certificate of occupancy but has no tenants at this time. Councilor Mbah asked about any safety protocols in place and Mr. Tucci said the company tries to meet all safety requirements and noted that the Somerville Fire Department did a walk through of the site. Mr. Tucci commented that future tenants might need additional flammable permits, but the types of flammable are unknown at this time.\par \par The public hearing was closed.\par \par Chair Burnley informed Mr. Tucci that he should not proceed with any flammable storage until the license is in hand.\par \pard\cf1\f1\par }
