    New Used Car Dealer Class 2 License, Assembly Square Auto Sales, 37 Mystic Avenue, 1 vehicle inside and 18 vehicles outside, Monday - Sunday: 8am to 8pm.

Attorney Adam Dash spoke on behalf of the applicants and stated that the location was formerly an Enterprise Rent-a-Car. The applicants are not seeking to make any changes to the number of vehicles. Attorney Dash confirmed that he notified the Ward 1 City Councilor, who indicated he had no concerns with the applciantions. Attorney Dash responded to Chair Burnley sharing that the owners are new to Somerville and are excited to fill a vacant location.\par Chair Burnley opened the public hearing at 6:05pm.
