Chair Hardt replied that she received a communication from RCN indicating that those lines have been removed. Representative Duffy stated in response that Eversource would send someone to check the pole tomorrow to see if there are any wires left on that pole, and if so, who would be next on the NJUNS list to remove them. Councilor Davis asked for clarification regarding the NJUNS list and its use, and the applicant replied that it is a list shared among utility companies that allows them to identify double-poles and coordinate their removal. Councilor Davis asked if the city has access to the NJUNS list, and the applicant replied that she did not know, but would confirm and send an email shortly. Councilor Davis asked Assistant City Clerk Potere if it would be appropriate to condition this item on the removal of an adjacent pole (211/6), who replied that a determination regarding the enforceability and legality of the condition would need to come from an opinion from the Law Department.\par \par \ul Chair Hardt moved to condition the license: That pole 211/6 also be removed in conjunction with the work being done to pole 211/7, pending review by the Law Department. The motion was approved on a roll call vote of 3 in favor (Davis, Wheeler, Hardt), 0 opposed.\cf1\ulnone\f1\par }
